About the GuideData to guide • Insight to act

Women have always been giving. What has been missing is the system for understanding how, why and where their participation goes.

About the IndexFor Givers
Every cause is a good cause. That is the problem.
Without a filter, every request is a judgment call made from scratch. The Guide gives you the filter.
“We can’t change what we don’t see. Kai Pollai makes the invisible visible—so women’s participation can shape what comes next.”
For Organizations
She is already giving. The question is whether you are built to receive her.
The Index shows you where the model is costing you. Not by asking your leadership how they think it is going, but by comparing three views of the same organization: what leadership believes, what women on your staff experience, and what your women donors encounter. Eight domains. The distance between the three views is where the work is.
